Our curated lineup spans various styles, appellations, classifications, and vintages, promising a captivating exploration of Bordeaux's vinous treasures.
Among the wine selection, discover highly acclaimed offerings from family-owned estates, explore museum vintages that showcase the excellence of both the Right and Left Banks, and savour the iconic Château Troplong-Mondot Premier Grand Cru Classé. This evening is tailored to be a spectacular experience, especially for discerning wine connoisseurs.
To complement this stellar wine journey, our Head Chef Jeffry Lim has crafted a specially designed 5- course menu. The culinary adventure begins with delightful snacks, followed by courses featuring exquisite scallops, succulent duck, and the pièce de résistance—a dazzling Entrecôte course. Indulge in the extraordinary Mayura Station ‘Signature Series’ Scotch Fillet steak accompanied by assorted sides.
The grand finale awaits with a platter of French cheese, ensuring a delightful harmony between the wines and gastronomic delights throughout the evening.
