Celebrate New Year's Eve in style at Steer Dining Room with a specially created menu designed by our Head Chef Jeffry Lim.


An insightful 4 course menu will take you through a course of the freshest local seafood, followed with a medley of Wagyu creations and a decadent dessert to finish.


Wine matching for each course is also available for the complete and enhanced experience, hand-picked by our wine team.

Things to note...

  • Please advise of dietary requirements minimum 48 hours in advance.


  • Reservations are available in two sittings:

    • Early sitting: 5.30pm to 6pm – table is required back by 8pm

    • Late sitting: 8.30pm onwards (latest booking time is 9.30pm)


  • Credit Card Guarantee is required to secure the booking. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours of the date and time of reservation will be charged the full price of $199 per person.


  • To ensure a safe dining environment for our guests and staff, proof of Full Vaccination from Covid-19 may be requested as a condition of entry.
