Celebrate New Year's Eve in style at Steer Dining Room with a specially created menu designed by our Head Chef Jeffry Lim.
An insightful 4 course menu will take you through a course of the freshest local seafood, followed with a medley of Wagyu creations and a decadent dessert to finish.
Wine matching for each course is also available for the complete and enhanced experience, hand-picked by our wine team.

Please advise of dietary requirements minimum 48 hours in advance.
Reservations are available in two sittings:
Early sitting: 5.30pm to 6pm – table is required back by 8pm
Late sitting: 8.30pm onwards (latest booking time is 9.30pm)
Credit Card Guarantee is required to secure the booking. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours of the date and time of reservation will be charged the full price of $199 per person.
To ensure a safe dining environment for our guests and staff, proof of Full Vaccination from Covid-19 may be requested as a condition of entry.
