THE EVENT
Our Head Chef, Jeffry Lim, has crafted an exceptional menu inviting guests on a culinary journey that celebrates the esteemed Kobe A5 beef renowned for its unmatched marbling, tenderness, and rich umami flavor. The menu showcases both primary and secondary cuts of Kobe A5, complemented by dishes such as Japanese Hokkaido scallops paired with Golden Sterlet Caviar sourced from the albino Sturgeon fish.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from the Penfolds Collection. Highlights include a vintage 2010 Bin 169 Cabernet from the museum cellar and an exclusive tasting of the 2020 Bin 95 Grange.
Experience the pinnacle of Wagyu excellence as we honour the centuries-old craftsmanship of Japanese cattle farming paired with iconic Australian winemaking.
The dinner will also be co-hosted by Penfolds ‘Global Wine Ambassador’ Zoe Warrington.
