Steer Dining Room is proud to partner with the renowned Torbreck Vintners from Barossa for a splendid evening celebrating exceptional wine and fine food.

Join us as we pay homage to the vineyards of the Barossa Valley, home to some of the oldest vines on the planet. As we glimpse into the winery's diverse range, we will explore whites, exclusive back vintage reds, as well as fortified wine.
To complement the stellar range of wines, a specially curated degustation menu will present a vivid narrative of the bountiful summer harvest, featuring delectable fresh seafood dishes and prime Wagyu cuts sourced from acclaimed award-winning producers Mayura Station and Stone Axe Wagyu.
