Valentine's Day

This Valentine's Day, Steer Dining Room will be presenting an exquisite tasting menu that will take you on a sensory journey featuring an artistic narrative of fine produce, featuring fresh local seafood and the highly-prized Wagyu beef from award-winning Mayura Station.

 

The 5 course dinner will begin with a complimentary cocktail on arrival plus snacks, followed with four courses showcasing fresh seafood such as Hiramasa Kingfish and Corner Inlet Southern Calamari. The main event will be a Mayura Station 'Signature Series' Porterhouse steak dish plus sides, whilst dessert is inspired by delightful summer berries and smooth white chocolate.

 

A bespoke wine match to accompany each course is also available for the ultimate experience.

 

Menu 285 per guest (including Signature Cocktail on arrival)

Wine Match 150 per guest.

Reservation T&Cs:

A credit card guarantee is required to secure a reservation. There is no immediate charge however a cancellation fee of $150 per person applies in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the date and time of reservation.

 

We are offering two-sittings for booking: All reservations prior to 7pm are booked for a 2.5-hour sitting. Should you wish to dine longer, please book after 8pm
