the elusive Black truffles.
In collaboration with Penfolds winery, Sher Wagyu farm and Manjimup Black Truffle (WA), it is sure to be an extraordinary and informative evening to delight culinary enthusiasts.
An exquisite 5 course black truffle menu has been curated by Head Chef Jeffry Lim, with each course carefully designed to mirror the personality of select Penfolds wines.
The dinner will also be co-hosted by Penfolds ‘Global Wine Ambassador’ Zoe Warrington with Nick and Vicki from Sher Wagyu.
