Indulge in the succulent flavours of the season, featuring a Kingfish crudo amuse-bouche, Tempura zucchini flower, and the pièce de résistance, our Sher F1 Wagyu 'Tournedos Rossini' served with pan-fried Foie Gras, mash potato, and red wine jus.
