Summer is a delightful season for culinary enthusiasts, as it brings a vibrant array of fresh, tender, and brightly coloured fruits and vegetables. This season ushers in a sense of abundance and warmth, reflected in the offerings of the natural world.​

Join us as we embark on this delightful summer menu, showcasing a vibrant array of fresh, tender, and brightly coloured fruits and vegetables, symbolising the season's abundance and vitality. Indulge in the succulent flavours of the season, featuring a Kingfish crudo amuse-bouche, Tempura zucchini flower, and the pièce de résistance, our Sher F1 Wagyu 'Tournedos Rossini' served with pan-fried Foie Gras, mash potato, and red wine jus. Conclude your summer feast with a refreshing Leatherwood honey parfait paired with fig and blood peach sorbet.​
