We invite you to an intimate evening celebrating the convergence of two icons of
craftsmanship: the extraordinary world of Wagyu and the enduring legacy of Penfolds.

From the pristine waters of the Abrolhos Islands to the remarkable marbling of Australia's finest full-blood and dry-aged wagyu, each course has been thoughtfully conceived to showcase produce of remarkable distinction. Every dish is paired with a curated selection of wine from Penfolds' acclaimed collection, illustrating the house's celebrated philosophy of blending, provenance and regional expression.
 

The evening will unfold as a sensory journey, beginning with the precision and elegance of Champagne, progressing through the vibrancy of Eden Valley Riesling and the finesse of Pinot Noir, before culminating in the depth and complexity of Penfolds' iconic Cabernet Shiraz blends and the cross-continental dialogue of Dourthe II.
 

An exploration of craftsmanship, terroir and the pursuit of excellence—this is a rare opportunity to experience the harmony between exceptional Wagyu and one of the world's most revered wine houses, in an immersive evening designed to be savoured, shared and remembered.
 

Penfolds Brand Ambassador Henry Phillips will be guiding the evening, bringing with him a deep personal journey through Penfolds’ most iconic wines and a particular expertise in the house’s blending philosophy and expression of regionality.
