We invite you to an evening of rare indulgence - the Ultimate Wine Dinner of the season - where unique moments of culinary luxury unfold in the company of celebrated winemaker Andrew Quin, who will be co-hosting the dinner.

 

In collaboration with Hentley Farm Wines, our chefs have crafted an extraordinary six-course journey that brings together three of gastronomy’s most revered treasures: exceptional Wagyu, coveted museum-release wines, and the fleeting decadence of black truffles.

 

Direct from the museum of Hentley Farm, the evening unveils a remarkable collection of rare back vintages, including the exclusive museum release of the 2021 Old Legend Grenache, winner of the prestigious Jimmy Watson Trophy in 2022, alongside treasured expressions of Hentley Farm’s iconic single block wines: The Beauty, The Beast, and the coveted Clos Otto.

 

The journey will begin gently, with a delicate Wagyu consommé to awaken the senses.

A luxurious Paspaley Pearl Meat seafood course will follow, adorned with White Sturgeon caviar, before a vibrant Wagyu tataki introduces depth and balance. The experience will then build to a timeless steakhouse moment with a Wagyu duo, before ascending to the pinnacle of indulgence — the incomparable richness of Japanese A5 Wagyu.

 

An evening of provenance, rarity and masterful craftsmanship — where each course, each glass, and each moment is designed to linger long after the final pour.
