The Steer Dining Room team were proud to host our esteemed guests for the Penfolds, Wagyu & Black Truffle Wine Dinner on Wednesday 12th July 2023. Held annually, the dinner is usually sold out within days and presents the ultimate dining experience featuring ultra premium wine, exquisite beef and the elusive Black Truffles.
"We don't host wine dinners very often, so when we do Head Chef Jeffry and I decided to pick simply the best components to put on a great showcase - back vintage Penfolds wines, seasonal black truffles from Manjimup in Western Australia and a stellar line-up of award-winning Wagyu: Sher Wagyu, Stone Axe, Mayura Station and 2GR. Also featured was 'World's Best Steak 2022: Kagoshima A5 Wagyu flown in from Japan." says Harold Faizal, General Manager of Steer Dining Room.
